This is a difficult one, but if you can understand this model you will be able to write confidently about population change. Think how countries change over time: as they become wealthier their birth and death rates will change. You need to understand why, and what the consequences are. For example, in the UK our birth rates and death rates have been falling and so we have an ageing population (more people are living to an old age).
